Made pineapple mango salsa with panko crusted chicken for dinner

Just returned from a relaxing vacation in Hawaii...

I've been to Hawaii several times and each time I've gone, it is so hard to say goodbye to the islands.  Some day I will just have to move there.  It is nice that I have family and friends on the islands.
