I've been experimenting with green smoothies. I came up with these recipes.
8 oz papaya juice (100% juice)
5 ice cubes
1/2 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 cup mixed legumes (spinach, swiss chard, etc)
1/4 cup watercress
1/4 cup peeled cucumber
1/4 cup fresh pineapple
1 small slice lemon
1 small slice ginger
Optional: add wheatgrass. Blend well in a blender.
